The heavy-duty red lever handle features an integrated manual spring-loaded trigger lock. By pressing the bottom lever, you can adjust the PPH disc angle precisely in incremental gear stages to regulate fluid velocity, making it an excellent water flow throttle valve. The multi-lug wafer body slips compactly between standard pipe flanges, self-aligning to various international piping bolt configurations (including DIN, ANSI, and JIS standards).

Q: Why is the valve body made of PP-GR while the internal disc is PPH?
A: The valve body is clamped tightly between pipe flanges using heavy steel bolts. Under high tightening torque, standard plastics can experience cold flow or creep, causing the body to warp and leak. Adding glass fiber (PP-GR) to the body increases mechanical stiffness and structural dimensional stability. The internal disc, however, is PPH to ensure direct, uncompromised chemical resistance against acids and bases without fiber glass exposure.
Q: How do I use the lever handle as a water flow throttle regulator?
A: Grip the red lever and squeeze the black trigger lock located underneath it. This releases the internal gear pin. Rotate the handle to your target angle (the disc will rotate inside). Releasing the trigger lock allows the pin to snap into the nearest multi-position gear slot, securely locking the disc in place to maintain your regulated flow velocity.
