    Single Union Design for Easy Inline Servicing

Standard non-return check valves are welded permanently into the pipeline, making maintenance impossible without cutting the pipes. Our specialized Single Union Ball Check Valve features a robust threaded collar nut on one end. Simply unscrew the union nut to open the valve chamber, retrieve the internal heavy ball core, and wash away trapped silt or buildup without cutting or compromising your rigid pipe runs.

    Springless Gravity-Ball Non-Return Mechanism

    Standard check valves utilize metal springs that easily corrode or lose tension in highly acidic environments. Our PPH check valve utilizes a completely springless gravity-assisted ball sealing design. When fluid flows in the forward direction, pressure lifts the PPH ball core, opening the flow path. When the pump is turned off or reverse flow starts, the ball drops back down into its seat by gravity and backward pressure, forming a tight, leak-proof mechanical seal.

    Nominal pipe dimensions are based on standard outer diameters. Please measure your pipe outer diameter (OD) before placing your order:

    • Female Socket End (ID): The designated nominal size corresponds directly to the outer diameter (OD) of the pipe: 20mm (DN15), 25mm (DN20), 32mm (DN25), 40mm (DN32), 50mm (DN40), 63mm (DN50), 75mm (DN65), 90mm (DN80), and 110mm (DN100).
    • Connection Methods: Requires standard socket fusion hot-melt welding connection. Ensure both pipe ends and internal sockets are cleaned and dried before heating to secure optimal molecular fusion. Alternatively, they can be welded using PPH plastic welding rods.
    • Note: Standard socket fusion hot-melt welding connection. For optimal gravity-assisted sealing, installing the ball check valve vertically is highly recommended.
