How It Works: These sockets are designed to sleeve OVER your rigid PVC pipes. Therefore, a 25mm I.D. true union valve perfectly connects to a PVC pipe with a 25mm Outer Diameter (O.D.).

Installation: PVC waterproof adhesive/glue MUST be used on the slip joints to secure your pipes permanently (glue not included). The union threads utilize internal O-rings and do NOT require Teflon tape.
