🚨 SIZING LOGIC (Socket I.D. x Thread Inch): The sizes listed (e.g., 20mm x 1/2") mean the smooth socket has an Inner Diameter (I.D.) of 20mm (which sleeves OVER a 20mm Outer Diameter pipe), and the threaded end is a standard 1/2 Inch Female Thread.

Smooth Socket Side (Requires Glue): PVC waterproof adhesive/cement MUST be used on the smooth slip joint to secure your PVC pipe permanently.

🚨 Threaded Side (Teflon Tape & Gentle Tightening): You MUST wrap the male fitting with Teflon/PTFE plumber's tape before screwing it into this female port. DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN! Because the female thread is plastic, over-tightening (especially with metal male fittings) will split and crack the adapter! Hand-tighten for best results.
