🚨 RINSE BEFORE USE: Due to friction during shipping, the rings will arrive dusty. You MUST thoroughly rinse them to remove dust before adding them to your filter! (Note: The natural white color may contain slight visual impurities, which is completely normal for sintered silicate).

🚨 NEVER WASH IN TAP WATER: When performing routine filter maintenance, gently rinse these rings in a bucket of OLD AQUARIUM WATER. The chlorine in tap water will instantly kill your entire beneficial bacteria colony!

Protect Your Rings: Always place mechanical filtration (sponges or filter floss) BEFORE these bio-rings. If fish poop clogs the micro-pores, the bacteria will suffocate and die.
