Assemble custom framework covers, geometric miniatures, and structural racks easily with our premium PE plastic small-diameter pipe connectors, available at Atradesen.com. Crafted from high-density, eco-friendly Polypropylene and Polyethylene (PE) plastic, these flexible yet tough connectors are engineered to pair with standard rigid plastic pipes, fiberglass rods, or steel tubes. They are ideal for DIY wardrobes, shoe cabinets, crop covers, tent structures, and scale model prototyping.
Available in an extensive variety of multi-angle configurations (60°, 90°, 120°, 135°, and standard 3-way/4-way/5-way layouts), this series allows you to construct rigid 3D corner frames with a simple, tool-free slip-fit insertion.
Please Note: Several multi-way corner models (such as three-dimensional corner elbows and multi-port tees) in this product family feature solid, non-through internal barrier walls. They are strictly not designed for water, gas, air, or pressurized fluid transmission. They are rated solely for dry structural frame assembly, racking, and support. Please consult our individual layout diagrams to identify the non-through structural models before ordering.
To guarantee a tight, secure, and wobble-free structural joint, please measure your rigid tubing dimensions carefully:
| Feature | Details |
|---|---|

| Available Inner Diameters | 8mm, 12mm, 16mm, 19mm (Matches pipe outer diameter) |
| Features | UV-stabilized, high impact toughness, crack-resistant, reusable |
| Application Areas | Miniature models, lightweight shelving, protective garden crop domes, and dryer frames |
Q: Can these PE plastic pipe connectors be used to route water for plant irrigation?
A: Generally, no. Many of our multi-way and three-dimensional corner styles have sealed internal walls to maximize structural strength for holding pipes, making them non-through. Only standard 90-degree elbows, straight couplings, and flat tees are through-flow. We recommend using them strictly for dry, non-fluid framework assembly.
Q: What should I do if my tubes are slightly too loose or hard to push into the sockets?
A: The sockets are designed with precise friction tolerances. If your tubes are slightly too tight, warming the socket end of the connector gently with a hair dryer will temporarily soften the PE plastic for easier insertion. If the tube is slightly loose, wrap a layer of tape around the end of the tube before pushing it into the socket.
