Industrial-Grade Multi-Material Sampling Valve
Stop replacing degraded UPVC valves! Take precise fluid samples safely in any extreme chemical or high-temperature environment with our Multi-Material Sampling Cock Valves from Atradesen.com. We offer four distinct industrial plastics (UPVC, CPVC, PPH, and PVDF) allowing you to match the exact chemical resistance and thermal tolerance required for your laboratory, dosing manifold, or chemical plant.
🌟 Material Selection & Temperature Guide
-
UPVC (Dark Grey): Standard industrial grade. Temp: 0~55°C (32-131°F). Ideal for standard water lines and marine aquariums.
-
CPVC (Light Grey): High-temp chlorinated PVC. Temp: -20~90°C (-4-194°F). Excellent for hot corrosive liquids.
-
PPH (Orange): Polypropylene Homopolymer. Temp: -20~100°C (-4-212°F). Superior impact strength and chemical resistance.
-
PVDF (White): Polyvinylidene Fluoride. Temp: -40~150°C (-40-302°F). The absolute gold standard for extreme acids, alkalis, and boiling solvents!
🚨 CRUCIAL INSTALLATION WARNINGS (MUST READ!)
Different materials require COMPLETELY DIFFERENT installation methods! Read the Atradesen.com rules before purchasing the 20mm adapter kits:
-
⚠️ THREADED CONNECTION (ALL MODELS): The valve features a 1/4" Male Pipe Thread (MPT). You MUST wrap this with Teflon/PTFE tape before screwing it into the 20mm adapter. NEVER put glue on the threads!
-
🚨 GLUE WELDING (UPVC & CPVC ONLY): If you buy the UPVC or CPVC 20mm adapter, you MUST use the appropriate PVC or CPVC solvent cement (glue) to attach it to your rigid pipes.
-
🚨 HOT MELT FUSION (PPH & PVDF ONLY): PPH and PVDF plastics repel glue! Solvent cement WILL NOT WORK and will instantly leak. If you buy the PPH or PVDF adapters, you MUST use a plastic pipe hot melt (socket fusion) welding machine to fuse the adapter to your pipe!
