WHAT SHOULD DO IF THE SIZE ON THE TAG IS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I ORDERED ?

The size show on the website will be converted into international size before products are put on sale, which is standard and regular. Therefore, if you find that the size you get is not the same as shown on the website, don’t panic and worry. That size we sent you is right. Put them on first and see how it turns out. All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 5-12 business days. This is just an estimate and doesn’t include weekends or holidays.

Yes! atradesen return shipping labels for US customers. Using return shipping labels is the recommended way to return your item to atradesen, as you will be able to track your return and receive your credit much more quickly than if you were to send your return back yourself.

We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy by using our online returns portal and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.
