Regulate and shut off chemical, industrial, and fluid-treatment pipelines smoothly with our premium Sanking PPH true union ball valves, available at Atradesen.com. Crafted from heavy-duty, chemical-grade PPH (Polypropylene Homopolymer), this professional-grade double union valve is engineered to withstand continuous operating pressures up to 1.0 MPa (145 PSI) and temperature loads ranging from -20°C to 100°C.
Featuring a high-contrast orange T-handle and double-union locking nuts, these inline valves are optimized for high-volume, low-resistance fluid delivery in acid pickling loops, electroplating lines, waste acid recovery, wastewater treatment, and chemical processing networks.
Standard inline ball valves require you to cut the pipeline if internal seals wear out, need cleaning, or become jammed by crystallization. Our Sanking Double Union (True Union) valve resolves this maintenance challenge: simply unscrew the two union nuts on either side of the valve body by hand. This allows you to slide out the central valve block for direct cleaning, ball inspection, or gasket replacement without having to cut, re-weld, or compromise the main piping line on either end.
Nominal pipe dimensions are based on standard outer diameters. Please measure your pipe outer diameter (OD) before placing your order:

Q: What is the main operational benefit of a Double Union (True Union) Ball Valve?
A: In chemical piping networks, the ball valve may require cleaning due to crystallizing chemicals or debris. With a True Union design, you can simply unscrew the dual union nuts on both sides of the valve by hand. This lets you pull out the central valve body for cleaning or seal replacement without having to cut the welded pipes on either end.
Q: Is this PPH piping system compatible with strong acids and alkalis?
A: Yes. PPH Homopolymer offers superior crystalline density, making it exceptionally resistant to pickling acids, waste acids, alkaline wash solutions, and high-purity industrial effluents up to 100°C. It is widely preferred over PVC in tough industrial environments.
