Order Cancel Before Shipping Out

For those customers who use PayPal and finally decide to cancel the order before shipping out , we need to take out the PayPal transaction fee from your order amount when we do refund. It’s because when customer pays with PayPal, PayPal charges transaction fee from us. Although we already launch the refund to customer, but Paypal won’t refund us transaction fee. PayPal Transaction fee is 4.9% of your total order amount.

Therefore, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy for all our products.

Steps to Exchange or Refund:

1.If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the goods. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at tradesencom@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item.

2.For exchanges, once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and re-deliver the item to you within 7 days. Please note that for replacement items, you will need to pay a shipping fee of $9.9.

3.For refunds, once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 days. The refund amount will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-15 working days for the refund to appear in your account. The specific time of receiving the money depends on each bank.

4.If the item you received is damaged or not the same as what you ordered, please take photos and contact us as soon as possible. We will process your request within 3 working days and reissue a replacement item to you free of charge.

IMPORTANT NOTICE 1: Do not send your purchase back to our sender’s address, we will be sending you a returning address once you reach out to us. A 20% restocking or exchange fee will apply for cash refunds.

IMPORTANT NOTICE 2:Please note that if the item is damaged due to your own negligence or mishandling, we will not provide compensation or refund.

Not Accepted:

1.Items not in its original condition, has damaged or missing parts for reasons which are not due to our error. For example, violent transit or package theft.

2.Orders that has already been processed & shipped right after cancellation is being requested.

3.Customer cannot apply for a refund or exchange for reason that the item fails legit check.

4.We don’t support any refund or exchange for reselling of our items.
